By booking a rental, purchasing equipment, or using our services, you agree to follow and accept these terms.

1. Rental Agreement
By reserving an inflatable rental from us, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. The person making the reservation accepts responsibility for the equipment during the rental period and agrees that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

The customer renting the equipment must be at least 18 years of age and must have the authority to make decisions regarding the rental location, payment, and use of the equipment.
The rental agreement begins when the equipment is delivered and ends when the equipment has been collected by our team. The customer remains responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.

2. Reservation and Booking Policy
Reservations are recommended to ensure availability of your preferred inflatable. A rental is not considered confirmed until the required booking information has been completed and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Availability may change based on demand, weather conditions, equipment maintenance, and scheduling requirements. We recommend booking early, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including: Event date and time Delivery location Contact information Type of event Setup area information Any special instructions
Incorrect information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the rental.

3. Payment Terms
Payment details, deposits, and remaining balances must be completed according to the payment schedule provided by us.
The customer agrees to pay all required fees associated with the rental, including any additional charges that may apply due to extended rental times, damage, cleaning requirements, late returns, or other circumstances described in this agreement.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation or removal of equipment.

4. Delivery and Setup
Our team will deliver and set up equipment at the agreed-upon location whenever delivery service is available.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the setup area is ready before delivery. The area must be: Clear of obstacles, debris, and sharp objects Large enough to safely accommodate the inflatable Accessible for delivery and setup Suitable for proper installationThe customer must provide accurate information about the setup location. Additional fees may apply if the setup area is not prepared or if extra labor is required.

5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to take reasonable care of all rented equipment and ensure that it is used properly throughout the rental period.
The customer is responsible for: Supervising all users while equipment is in use Following all safety instructions provided Keeping unauthorized individuals away from the equipment Preventing misuse or unsafe behavior Informing guests of all rules and restrictions
The customer understands that inflatable equipment requires responsible supervision to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Safety Rules
For the safety of all participants, customers must follow all provided safety guidelines.
Rules may include, but are not limited to: Users must follow age, size, and capacity recommendations No rough play or unsafe behavior No sharp objects inside inflatables No food, drinks, or prohibited items inside equipment Users must remove shoes and personal items before entering when required Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose
Failure to follow safety rules may result in the immediate removal of the equipment without refund.

7. Weather Policy
Weather conditions may affect inflatable rentals. Safety is our highest priority, and We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or remove equipment when conditions create an unsafe environment.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9. Equipment Damage and Cleaning Fees
The customer is responsible for returning rental equipment in the same condition it was provided.

Customers agree to report any problems or damage immediately.

10. Equipment Use Restrictions
Rental equipment may only be used at the approved location and during the agreed rental period.

Any unauthorized use may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

11. Liability and Responsibility
Customers acknowledge that participation in inflatable activities involves normal risks associated with physical activity. By renting equipment, the customer agrees to take responsibility for proper supervision and safe use.
We provide equipment and setup services but is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by improper supervision, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsafe conditions created by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all participants follow the provided rules.

12. Privacy Policy
Customer information collected during booking is used only for providing services, communicating about reservations, processing payments, and improving customer experiences.
We respect customer privacy and do not sell personal information to third parties.
